Once you have an ISNetworld ® account you will need to upload a full safety program that corresponds to the requests from your client. Then they are all verified by the team at ISnetworld ® to meet those standards and other regulatory standards. Once you sign up for an ISNetworld ® account, gain access, and your client is connected you will see you have a questionnaire that is about 2000+ questions long! This questionnaire is standard in every single account. It goes over all aspects of your programs, services, and statistics. First Compliance is here to help! From the start we work on completing this questionnaire portion and help you produce any needed documentation resulting from this assessment. Even if you never have kept records like OSHA logs we can help make those for you and submit all the needed data. The team at First Compliance is ready to help you through your account start up.
Another aspect of your account will be submitting insurance certificates, workers compensation forms, and any other documents your client may require. Maintaining your account is one of the most important things to consider as you can fall out of compliance with your customers and risk loosing business with them. This is why we have put together our account maintenance program to assist you in this.
If you are a contractor or supplier and your client has asked you for project pre-certification through ISNetworld®, it is important to be aware of the price. Certification through ISNetworld® is not cheap, but it is important for your clients to trust your company’s HSE (health, safety, and environmental) compliance and safety standards. ISNetworld® charges contractors an annual subscription according to the amount of employees within the company. The registered employee count is based on a three year average. For instance, if you had 100 employees in 2023, 87 employees in 2022, and 92 employees in 2021, you would find the average of 99 employees and pay $6,600.
Annual fees for ISNetworld® are also dictated by location. The following prices only apply to contractors in the United States.

ISNetworld® is a third-party online industrial compliance certification company. Through ISNetworld®, organizations can vet contractors in order to determine who does or doesn’t abide by stringent safety standards. Often, contractors learn about ISNetworld® when they are prompted by a hiring client to become certified before beginning a project. Though ISNetworld® is a global company, it is perhaps the most active in the United States and Canada. In Canada, the method of writing company safety programs is far more detailed and formulaic. Additionally, there are different insurance coverage requirements for Canada, as opposed to the USA. Canada also carries a different awareness of safety than that which exists in the United States. While the USA is regulated by the nation-wide standards of OSHA (with the exception of some OSHA-approved state plans), Canada’s CCOHS (Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety) carries fourteen different sets of rules depending upon the region (one federal, ten provincial, and three territorial). Your location within Canada dictates your company’s industrial compliance standards.
