For ISNetworld®, Avetta, Gold Shovel Standard, and Other Certifications
Even if you are already certified (whether it be through ISNetworld®, Gold Shovel Standard®, Avetta®, Veriforce®, or any other verification service), you still need to stay on top of your account. Clients can request new documentation from your company at any time, and every new client brings a different set of requirements. Additionally, most qualifying services follow a schedule wherein they will ask you to upload new OSHA logs, insurance certificates, and EMR letters on a quarterly, biannual, or annual basis.
If you sign up for First Compliance Safety’s account maintenance program, we will monitor your account so you don’t have to. We offer account maintenance services for NCMS®, ComplyWorks®, PICS®, CanQual®, and Cognibox®.
With the Account Maintenance Program, our team will check on your account every week to sift through any new notifications, requests, or alerts. Additionally, we will take care of all the legwork to satisfy any requests within your account, including obtaining documentation, writing new safety programs, or updating software. If you choose to hire First Compliance Safety to maintain your account, you can forget that you even have an account. We promise – as long as you work with us, you won’t have to lift a finger towards certification status.
